BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY TO THIS GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE PRIZE. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. GIVEAWAY ONLY AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
One59 Customs LLC ("One59 Customs") is offering the "One59 Customs Sig Sauer P365Giveaway" ("Giveaway"). The Giveaway is subject to these Official Rules and by entering, entrant ("Entrant") agrees to be bound by them and the decisions of One59 Customs, which are final and binding in all respects. This Giveaway begins at 12:01 AM, 8/1/2026 Eastern Time and ends at 11:59 PM, 8/31/2026 Eastern Time ("Entry Period"). One59 Customs' records are the official timekeeping method for entry in the Giveaway.
All entries must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on 8/31/2026.
ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, and who are not prohibited by federal or state law from purchasing or possessing a firearm. NOT VALID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees, officers, agents, and immediate family members of One59 Customs (including those living in the same household, whether or not related) are not eligible to enter. All entries submitted in compliance with these Official Rules are "Eligible Entries." All entries become the property of One59 Customs.
HOW TO ENTER
Entrants may enter the Giveaway in either of the following ways:
PAID ENTRY: Entrant may purchase entries through One59 Customs at the following rates:
One (1) entry for $20
Five (5) entries for $90
Ten (10) entries for $160
Entries are recorded at the time of purchase and confirmed by One59 Customs.
FREE ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY): Entrants who do not wish to purchase an entry may obtain one (1) free entry by fully complying with each of the following requirements. Entries that fail to meet any requirement below in full will be disqualified and will not be entered into the drawing.
Entrant must hand print, in their own handwriting, using blue ink only, on a plain white 4x6 index card (not lined, not colored, not a torn scrap of paper), the following information, written legibly enough for One59 Customs staff to read without difficulty:
Full legal name; complete mailing address including county; a valid phone number; a valid email address; the exact phrase "Sig Sauer P365 Giveaway Entry" written in full; and a separate handwritten statement, no fewer than twenty five (25) words and no more than fifty (50) words, in the entrant's own original words, describing why the entrant is interested in One59 Customs LLC's products or services. Statements that are copied, templated, generic, or that appear substantially similar to another entrant's statement will be disqualified at One59 Customs' sole discretion.
The completed card must be placed in a plain white number 10 envelope, with the phrase "Giveaway Entry" hand printed in the lower left corner of the envelope in the entrant's own handwriting, with proper first class postage affixed by the entrant, and mailed via United States Postal Service only (no courier, no drop off, no hand delivery) to:

Each free entry request requires its own separate card and its own separate envelope, each mailed individually on separate mailing occasions. Multiple cards submitted in a single envelope will be disqualified in their entirety. Entries submitted by a third party on behalf of an entrant, entries submitted by any organization, group, or club on behalf of multiple entrants, and entries that are typed, stamped, photocopied, pre-printed, or mechanically reproduced in any way will be disqualified. All free entries must be postmarked by 8/30/2026 and received by One59 Customs no later than 8/31/2026. One59 Customs is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, damaged in transit, or postage due. If entry qualifies, One59 Customs will text or email the Entrant their ticket number/s.
One59 Customs reserves sole discretion to determine whether a free entry meets the above requirements. Paid and free entries that meet all applicable requirements carry identical odds of winning based on total number of qualifying entries received, not entry method.
PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive: Sig Sauer P365, 9mm ("Prize"), with an approximate retail value of $899.99.
The Prize must be transferred in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local firearms laws. The winner must:
Be legally eligible to purchase and possess a firearm under federal and Indiana(or state of residence) law
Pass an ATF-mandated background check (Form 4473)
Complete all required federal and state paperwork prior to taking possession
Personally appear at One59 Customs LLC to complete the transfer; if the winner is unable to appear at One59 Customs LLC for pickup, the winner will have to pay an additional shipping fee to have the firearm shipped to a local FFL of the winner's choosing.
If the winner fails a required background check, is otherwise legally prohibited from possessing a firearm, or fails to complete required transfer paperwork, the Prize will not be awarded to that individual, and an alternate winner will be selected under Section 4.
No cash substitution is permitted except at One59 Customs' sole discretion, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law. All local, state, and federal taxes associated with the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
On 9/1/2026, a winner will be selected via random drawing from all Eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified by phone, text message or email within three (3) business days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached within five (5) days, does not respond, does not pass the required background check, or otherwise fails to meet eligibility and transfer requirements, an alternate winner will be drawn from the remaining Eligible Entries. This process will continue until a qualified winner is confirmed.
RELEASE AND LIABILITY
By entering, Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless One59 Customs LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this Giveaway or from acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize. The Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty provided by One59 Customs beyond any manufacturer warranty that may apply.
GENERAL TERMS
One59 Customs reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any event beyond its reasonable control affects the fair administration of the Giveaway. One59 Customs' decisions regarding all matters related to this Giveaway are final.
GOVERNING LAW
This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved in the courts of Wells County, Indiana, or another Indiana venue as required by law.
PRIVACY
Information submitted with an entry will be used only to administer this Giveaway, verify eligibility, and contact the winner. One59 Customs will not sell entrant information to third parties.
